By booking an appointment or using our services at Pravah Counselling Center, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are applicable to all clients visiting our clinic, using our tele-counselling services, or accessing information through our website.
All consultations at Pravah are by prior appointment only. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances. You are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session.
All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential and is not disclosed to any third party without your written consent, unless required by law or if there is a risk of harm to self or others.
All fees are to be paid in advance or at the time of consultation. We accept cash, UPI, and online transfers. Any delay in payment may result in cancellation of further sessions. Fees once paid are non-refundable except under exceptional cases approved by the clinic.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may attract cancellation charges or forfeiture of session fees.
We expect clients to behave respectfully with our therapists and staff. Any form of abusive behavior, threats, or disruption may result in refusal of service.
Pravah Counselling Center is not an emergency service provider. In case of any mental health crisis or life-threatening condition, please contact emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
All material on our website, including articles, resources, videos, and session content, is the property of Pravah. No content may be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
Your personal and health information is collected only for the purpose of providing mental health services and is stored securely. By availing our services, you consent to the use of this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
